If you have received a promotional code from us or a third party, you will need to head online to our website https://join.mybodyfiit.com/
After selecting your preferred payment plan from the available options (where applicable), you can enter the promotional code in the ‘Enter Promo Code’ field, and select ‘Apply’.
If you have any trouble, please clear your browser cache/history. Then enter your code, please ensure there are no spaces before or after to ensure it is entered correctly.
My promotional code didn’t work
‘I cannot see the discounted rate/trial offer?’
Make sure you have selected ‘Apply‘ to redeem the code before finalising your payment. If the promotional code has not applied to your purchase, please get in touch with our Support Team and contact us directly at info@mybodyfiit.com, before completing your purchase.
Please Note: Promotional codes cannot be applied to active subscriptions, therefore you must;
a) cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire
b) have an existing inactive account.
