MyBodyFIIT App Refund Questions

As per our Terms of Use, MyBodyFIIT does not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or similar reasons, unless required by law.

A few important notes:

  • Apple Subscriptions: If you signed up for MyBodyFIIT using your Apple ID, you’ll need to contact Apple directly for any billing requests. We explain this in more detail below.
  • Privacy: We take your privacy seriously at MyBodyFIIT. If you reach out to us about a billing issue, you’ll need to provide 3 points of ID before we can assist you.

We always aim to provide a positive experience with our product and team at MyBodyFIIT. If you believe you have experienced extenuating circumstances or are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact our Support Team at info@mybodyfiit.com to discuss further.

Unexpected Charges

All subscriptions made via the MyBodyFIIT website will appear in USD. This amount is then converted to your local currency based on your location. Currency conversions and calculations are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We recommend checking with your bank if you believe any unexpected charge is related to a currency conversion.

Multiple Charges

If you signed up using Debit/Credit Card, or Google, please contact us at info@mybodyfiit.com. Be sure to provide the necessary points of ID so we can resolve the issue quickly while protecting your privacy.

Apple Subscriptions

If your subscription was an in-app purchase, it is billed by the respective App Store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store), not by MyBodyFIIT. These in-app purchases are subject to the terms, conditions, and licensing agreements set by the app store provider. For any payment-related issues or refund requests, you must contact the app store directly.

To request a refund from Apple, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Apple Support.
  2. Select Billing & Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Subscriptions & Purchases.
  4. Select Request a Refund.

Canceling Your MyBodyFIIT Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow our guide on how to cancel your MyBodyFIIT app here. If you choose to cancel, you can do so anytime, and you will still have full access to everything within the MyBodyFIIT app until the end of your current billing period.
