Add Weight and other Measurement Goals

On the MyBodyFIIT App, you can set your measurement goals to track your progress and see how far you have come in your fitness journey!

1. Go to the “Profile” tab and click on “Measurement Goals

2. You will see the options for some measurement goals such as Arm, Body Fat, Waist, Weight, etc. Click on the specific attribute and add your goals. Click on “Save“.

3. If you wish to add more measurement goals, click on “Set Measurements to Track

4. You can now select any additional measurements you want to track and set goals for. Once added, scroll to the bottom and click on “Save“.
