Switching between workout programs on our app is quick and easy, allowing you to explore and choose the one that best suits your current fitness goals. Follow these simple steps to switch between the available programs:
1. Click on the ‘Explore’ Tab
On the bottom of your screen, you’ll find the ‘Explore‘ tab. Tap on it to access our program selection.
2. Discover Our Programs
Once you’re in the ‘Explore’ section, you can:
- Swipe left or right to browse through our various programs in the program section.
- Alternatively, click on the program title and scroll down to see the full list of all available programs.
3. Select a Program
Once you’ve found the program you want to switch to, simply select it and click on ‘Add to Schedule’.
4. Add the Program
To finalize the switch, tap ‘Add to Schedule’, and your new program will be added to your schedule.
