In case you do not have the equipment to complete an exercise in a workout or the machine in the gym is occupied, you can skip that exercise and move to the next one easily!
You can come back to that exercise later and complete the workout. To do so:
1. Start the workout on the app and when an exercise you want to skip is shown on the screen, click on the “list” icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. You will be able to see a list of all the exercises along with the number of sets and rest duration.
3. Pick the exercise you want to skip to and click on the “exercise view” icon to switch back to the default view.
You can go back and complete a skipped exercise at any point during the workout.
